Common questions
How do I use my journal on another device? On iPhone or Android, open Settings → Account and copy your recovery code, then enter it on the other device or at the web app's sign-in page. iPhones signed in to the same Apple ID restore the account automatically.
I lost my recovery code. If you are still signed in on a device, you can see it or create a new one in Settings → Account. Without any signed-in device or the code, the journal cannot be restored.
How do I export or delete my data? Settings → Export downloads your notes or summaries; Settings → Account → Delete account deletes everything.
